At My School Jumper, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers, from the moment you place your order to the day your items arrive. Please take a moment to review our policies on delivery, returns, and garment care to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Delivery
Processing Time
We strive to have all orders processed within 3/4 business days of receipt of your order.
Shipping Method
We offer standard shipping via An Post for all orders.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders within Ireland will arrive within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Cost
We charge a flat shipping rate of €8 per order (regardless of number of items)

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped which will have the An Post tracking number, with this you will be able to track your order on An Post https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search
If you have not received your order within 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@myschooljumper.ie with your name and order number.
Click and Collect
Our Click and Collect service is available at our pop-up shop in units 24&25 Glenrock Industrial Estate Ballybane, Galway. By choosing this option, you can avoid delivery charges and collect your order in person.
To use our Click and Collect service, simply select it as your delivery method when placing your order online. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification. Please note that there are no cash services available at our pop-up shop; all orders must be placed online.
If you need to check sizes before placing your order, we have a set of sample jumpers and sweatshirts available for you to try at our Ballybane location. However, please keep in mind that you will still need to place your order online after finding the correct size.
When collecting your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email (either printed or on your mobile device) to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Customised or embroidered items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in the product. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@myschooljumper.ie with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned items.
Garment Care
To ensure the best care for your school wear, always follow the manufacturer's garment care guidelines as labelled before washing. It is advisable to wash knitwear inside out to minimise potential damage.
When tumble drying, refer to the manufacturer's guidelines, as many garments are best left to dry naturally. Never tumble dry a pleated garment, as this can reverse the heat-treated pleating process. Instead, hang the garment on a suitable hanger to air dry.
We advise against using fabric conditioners, as many garments are specially coated for easy care, and fabric conditioners can interfere with this process.
Be cautious when using iron-on labels, as they do not adhere well to stretchy fabrics. Only affix them to garments that can be ironed, and remember to place a layer (e.g., a handkerchief) between the clothing and the iron to avoid scorch marks.
When washing garments with Velcro fastenings, always ensure the Velcro is fastened. The material is abrasive and can cause damage to other items of clothing in the wash if left unfastened.
